Terms and Conditions

Fake or Misleading Documents: If my visa is refused due to fake or misleading documents, I understand that tuition fees will not be refunded by the college/university, and I will be subject to the immigration laws of the proposed country.
Deportation & Immigration Issues: If I fail to satisfy immigration authorities at the proposed country's airport and face deportation, I acknowledge that Nextstep İstanbul is not responsible.
Payment of Fees: If I receive my visa but do not pay Nextstep İstanbul's consultancy fees or the remaining tuition fees to my applied institution, I authorize Nextstep İstanbul to inform the college and immigration authorities.
Offer Letter and Payment Obligations: Upon receiving the Offer Letter/Invoice, I agree to pay or transfer the advance tuition fee to the university as stated in the offer letter.
Service Fee and Application Processing: If I do not pay the Nextstep İstanbul service fee, I understand that my application will not be processed further until full payment is made.
