Terms & Conditions (Kullanım Şartları)

Scope

These terms regulate the use of services provided by Nextstep İstanbul Eğitim Sağlık Turizm Ltd. Şti., including tourism consultancy, educational advisory services, and health coordination activities.

Service Nature

The company provides consultancy services only, not medical, legal, or academic certification services.

User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

• Provide accurate information - All information provided to the company must be truthful, complete, and up-to-date
• Not misuse or misrepresent the company's services - Users shall not use our services for illegal purposes or misrepresent our services to third parties
• Comply with Turkish laws during their stay or engagement - All users must adhere to Turkish laws, regulations, and immigration requirements

Company Responsibilities

The company:

• Ensures transparency and professionalism - We commit to providing clear, honest, and professional consultancy services
• Does not guarantee outcomes of external institutions - We cannot guarantee acceptance by universities, hospitals, immigration offices, or other third-party institutions. Final decisions rest with these institutions
• May refuse service in case of misuse - The company reserves the right to refuse or terminate services if users violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activities

Payments & Refunds

Payment and refund terms vary depending on service type:

• Payment terms will be clearly communicated before service commencement
• Paid reservations or bookings may follow partner policies (hotels, airlines, etc.)
• Refund policies are service-specific and will be outlined in individual service agreements
• Consultancy fees are generally non-refundable once services have been provided

Legal Framework

The company operates under the following legal frameworks:

• Turkish Commercial Code - All commercial activities are conducted in accordance with Turkish commercial law
• Tourism regulations - Compliance with Turkish tourism laws and regulations
• KVKK (Data Protection Law) - Personal data processing in accordance with 6698 Sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu
• Related ministry guidelines - Adherence to guidelines from relevant Turkish ministries (Tourism, Education, Health, etc.)

Jurisdiction

In case of disputes, Istanbul courts and enforcement offices are authorized. All legal proceedings shall be conducted in accordance with Turkish law and within the jurisdiction of Istanbul, Turkey.
